Thank you! It’s genetics, as my parents both have fantastic skin. My mum has never had a zit in her entire life. Unfortunately, I’m not so lucky. I get the occasional blemish, especially if I am stressed or if I consume dairy (which can mess with one’s hormones). I pretty much just leave my face alone. I have never worn foundation, powders or whatever people put on their skin - I like to let my skin breathe. I have sensitive skin so I love Cetaphil cleanser, or anything by Dr. Hauschka or Weleda. I love Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream, Kiehl’s moisturiser and Weleda Calendula baby moisturiser - that is definitely my favourite. I also swear by Kosmea rosehip oil. If I get a blemish I zap it with pure Tea Tree Oil and it’s gone the next morning. My new thing is cleansing with Muslin cloths. I also take lots of zinc tablets, which is good for your skin.
